San Francisco 49ers vs. Cincinnati Bengals
The 1989 Super Bowl was the 2nd meeting between the San Francisco 49ers vs. Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Montana and Super Bowl XXIII MVP’s Jerry Rice would lead the San Francisco offence again and the 49ers defeated the Bengals 20 to 16. The 49ers also became the first team since 1978 to win the Super Bowl after winning only 10 games during the regular season.
